We had a number of things wrong with our laptop that Roger sorted very quickly . After telling Roger what we thought the problems were he gave us a ruff estimation so we know how much is was going to cost. He phoned a day after we dropped our laptop off to keep us updated as to what was going on, he then text the next day to say it was ready so all in all he had our laptop for two days which we were really pleased about because our son uses it for his homework.

We’d like to thank Roger for all the help and assistance with our PC’s here at Mathison Engineering Ltd. Before Roger of Loxton IT Solutions we had regular breakdowns always at the wrong time our data was kept on 5 different computer and anyone could use them.
Roger has managed to fix and repair all our PC’s, installed a server system throughout the factory with a hard drive backup and a battery backup.
Each member of staff have there own log in and all data is now is kept in a central place on our very secure server with fail safe back ups.
He has been able to turnaround repairs at such short notice and even over night.
