About Loxton IT Solutions.

A small beginning. A personal approach.

Loxton IT Solutions began in 2013 with a few tools, a garage workshop and a little encouragement from friends.

After repairing computers for friends, it was their suggestion that I turn something I enjoyed into a business. With determination and a belief in doing things properly, Loxton IT Solutions was born.

Since those early days, technology has changed considerably, but my approach hasn't. I believe in providing honest advice, practical solutions and friendly, reliable service without unnecessary jargon.

More Than Just Computers.

For me, running a business has never been solely about making money. It's also about giving something back to the community.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I worked alongside a local charity and other local IT businesses to refurbish and distribute more than 60 laptops, completely free of charge, to families with school-aged children.

These computers helped children continue their education, communicate with teachers and stay connected with friends during an incredibly difficult time.

The charity subsequently received the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service, and I was honoured to receive a recipient's lapel badge in recognition of my involvement.

When a local school was let down at the last minute, I also stepped in to refurbish a further 10 laptops, supplying any necessary replacement parts at my own expense. The computers were provided entirely free of charge, and the personal appreciation shown by the school's staff meant a great deal.

Loxton IT Solutions has also supported the Gosport Golden Mile wheelchair race, sponsoring perpetual trophies to recognise the achievements of its participants.

The Same Values Today.

Whether I'm repairing a troublesome computer, building a new PC or helping someone get their technology working properly, my aim remains the same: to offer straightforward advice, dependable service and solutions that genuinely meet people's needs.

Because at Loxton IT Solutions, it's never been just about computers.
It's about people.
